The staff was top-class and helpful and the views were excellent. The location seemed incredible in a good neighbourhood. Further, it was next to Very near to main landmarks as well as Notre Dame and the Seine River.

The staff were cute, helping us with our bags as we arrived early. I appreciated the cleanliness of our room and its comfortable layout.

The hotel was picturesque, and fairly clean, and the location was great and fantastic in walking distance from all of the main tourist attractions. The room was twin, and we had an exceptionally good view of courtyard. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was good size.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was great and the staff for the most part was good. The most disappointing concern was the extra charge for the use of internet. Respectfully the Schnells

Lack of internet service. The amount of cost for the room should cover the one euro cost for the internet use. Really, at this day and age a top rate hotel should/could provide internet service for their guests...please. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, HOWEVER I WILL STRESS THE POOR OPTION OF INTERNET SERVICE Respectfully, the Schnells

The hotel decor was charming and "charleureux" - nice tapestries. The staff was polite and efficient. Very good value for a 3 star hotel.

Shower was a bit small, doors did not close completely, sprayer did not stay in holder and had to be hand held. Tissue holder kept falling off the wall. I did not complain - small inconveniences.
